Orange can be made by mixing yellow and red. But as always, there are different oranges, yellows and reds. In this video I'll show some possibilities but of course the main goal is to try to demonstrate the principles of color mixing. Colors used in this video: primary yellow (or cadmium yellow light, or azo yellow light, or hansa yellow light), pyrrole red, carmine red and magenta. For a vivid orange use pyrrole red and primary yellow (or similar colors). For a dull orange add a little bit of blue or use a yellow with a green bias and/or a red with a purple bias. 🎨Join me on Patreon!
