The focused cardiac ultrasound or FOCUS is a form of echocardiography which attempts to answer some dichotomous clinical question on the basis of the clinical context. This is a part of the focused cardiac exam. In the cardiac arrest, we perform basic echocardiogram in life support or BELS or focused echo in life support also known as FELS. The bedside echocardiagraphy in life support is an essential skill that every emergency and urgent care clinician should be familiar with. The bedside echo probe placement can be a challenge. We are going to show that skills in this video. Our primary goal is no get good bedside echo views such as subcostal views, parasternal views and apical views.
