This is a summary video of our project on 41st St. I posted a couple of videos as we started, but then went dark for a few months. This video wraps up the entire first phase of the project. During the project we made the decision to move forward with adding additional units and keep the property rather than flip it. This video shows you the condition of the property when we purchased it, some of the rehab process (including mistakes that took us way over budget), the finished product and the financials.
