Here we are with week 1 of the Lizzie blanket crochet along (cal). This week is called Jane. To get started, I would like to recommend you make a sampler of 32CH in any colour of yarn you happen to have (don’t use the CAL yarn!). Do each row once as I do them in this video and then you have an actual stitch reminder for that week. When we get to Week 6, we will use this sampler for trying out the border. You can also use this sampler as a reference for another pattern I have in mind which will come out after the CAL has finished. In other words, it’s worth making it.
