Wifi modems often can be accessed through the network at your home. This access allows you to disable the Wifi EMF RF signals or significantly reduce them. From our experience, in most cases, there is no need to transmit Wifi signals at 100% power since today's technologies have the transmission power that usually exceeds your house boundaries. Reducing the Wifi modem signal by about 50% - 70% (depending on the location of the Wifi modem in your house) will provide you with a safer environment to live in without noticeably compromising the surfing speed. In this video, we are demonstrating how to reduce the Wifi signal from the network. We used the HF-B3G LATNEX 3 Axis RF Meter to measure the RF signals from the router in different transmission levels. As you can see in this video, our EMF technician shows the measurements in mv/m (millivolts per meter) units. Even though the HF-B3G has the option to change the units of measurement to µW/cm² (microwatt per square centimeter) or µW/m² (microwatt per square meter), and other measurement units, we prefer to work with the mv/m or v/m units, as these provide more accurate readings. The video illustrates that the reduction of the Wifi signal causes the lowering of the EMF readings on the RF Meter. The readings drop from the dangerous range (over 300mv/m) to a safe range of under 80mv/m.
