ASMR Whisper-Write - States and Capitals

Put on some headphones and relax as I practice my penmanship. Please help make my channel the best it can be by visiting:   / relaxingasmr   This evening, I decided to get out my trusted Lamy Al-Star fountain pen, and practice my penmanship by writing a list of the fifty states that make up the United States of America. I also added each state’s respective capital city. I feel my penmanship could have been a tad better, but, in my own defense I must tell you that this video was made with my iPad, and it was impossible to reach around it in order to write and still achieve the best angle for writing. Also, this type of video is the first in a series of videos that I will call ASMR Whisper Writes. I've never heard that phrase before, so perhaps I just coined it lol. The audio in this video isn't anything to write home about, but hope to improve upon my technique before the next whisper write. The nib on this pen is 1.5mm wide and I love how it writes and how it makes the words look. Also, the Lamy Al-Star uses the optional Z24 converter. The converter is what allows you to use bottled ink, so if you purchase this pen in the future, be sure to pay about five dollars more and get the converter. I actually plan to give one of these pens away in the future to a lucky patron of my channel, if enough people becomes patrons at my Patreon page to justify rewards like this, and rest assured, it will come with the Z24 converter! The ink used in this video is made by Noodler’s and is called Baystate Blue and it’s my opinion that this ink is the most beautiful shade of blue out there. The paper used in this video is 90 gram made by Clairefontaine. I like this paper because it is thick enough to prevent bleed through. The video does not make it apparent, but the paper is much whiter than it appears here. A little about what it is I’m doing in my videos: Why am I whispering or talking in a soft tone? Because this video is a ASMR relaxation video. What is ASMR? You can see for yourself by visiting the link at the very bottom of this page. The videos on my You Tube channel portray some of the typical day-to-day things that I do for relaxation, and in some cases, the things I do because I have to. This video was produced with relaxation in mind and hopefully has some ASMR qualities. Stress is harmful to your well-being and in today's fast-passed world, stress relief is more important than ever, and so I hope this video in some way acts as a stress-reliever for those watching, as well as a sleep-aid for anyone having a difficult time going to sleep.
