Download Gif photo(only one color background).I am saying again, the background of your downloaded gif photo must have one color. 2. Open Powerpoint, Get a blank presentation, Make layout to blank. 3. Insert your gif photo. 4. Right-click on the PowerPoint page, click on format background. 5. Click on color palette, select eyedropper, and click on your gif photo background. After selecting the background color you can see, your gif will be adjusted with the PowerPoint page. 6. Go to insert, click on WordArt, and choose a text box. Write down your text here and modify it. 7. Export it as a video file. 8. You are all done.
