As you can tell from the title, I ended up chasing CSXT Q410-14 with the Pride In Service Trio! I started from Eastover, NC at 7:52am, Selma, NC at 8:47am, and ended at Wilson, NC at 9:27am meaning the chase was about 90 minutes long give or take. The day before past noon is when us railfans including a group chat of close railfan friends I am in, learned of all three Spirit locomotives coming back out as sole power for Q410-14 on Valentine's Day. We were skeptical at first of course until we realized where the source came from and with the help of getting radio chatter of Q410s crew with dispatch in Waycross, we realized this was going to be a hot train on the CSX A-Line. My friends BNSFBishop, Limited Clear Productions, Charleston Railfan Productions, and Anna's Adventures down in Georgia and South Carolina all got it that day. Meaning next would be us railfans up in North Carolina the following morning. I barely got any sleep as I was excited for the chase but also tracking Q410 in Florence and when it would depart. It finally did depart at around 5:40am and us railfans in NC got ready for the catch. Long story short, it was a successful chase with many slow drivers and semis to drive around, talking on video chat with my friends whilst chasing Q410 and giving locations on our whereabouts and Q410s, and other fun things haha. I chased it with my dude Southern Signal Productions, HobbyGuy22, and a few other railfans. Despite the weather conditions and other less than ideal factors that went into this chase, it was still the best one I have had thus far and I hope to chase the units again when they come back down on Q409 in the next few day.
