Using Eyeshadow to Color Cement Vessels?!! | Temu Find & Sealer Application

Inspired by a beautiful color shifting highlighting eyeshadow I found on Temu, I decided to add the eye shadow to my sealer to see what magic would happen. I've used this technique before with mica and glitter. The best sealers to use for this application are topical sealers Earth SafeFinishes, Mod Podge, Poly-Acrylic ( depending on your usage). NOT penetrator sealers like Eco Advance or Rutlands. Sealers that leave a coating or layer is best as it will hold the particles.
