NOTE FROM TED: Please do not look to this talk for medical advice. While heavy metals and glyphosate have been identified as public health and safety concerns, several claims discussed in this talk around pollutants, cognition, and health have not been verified and currently lack scientific support. This talk only represents the speaker's personal views and understanding of toxins, lifestyle, and healing. We've flagged this talk because it falls outside the content guidelines TED gives TEDx organizers. TEDx events are independently organized by volunteers. The guidelines we give TEDx organizers are described in more detail here: http://storage.ted.com/tedx/manuals/t... In an age of wellness trends and endless health advice, many of us are still exhausted, foggy and overwhelmed. In this TEDx talk, health sovereignty mentor Stephanie Christine reveals how hidden toxins in our modern environment quietly hijack our power, shaping hormones, mood, focus and our sense of possibility. Drawing from her own journey as a young mother and entrepreneur on the edge of burnout, she connects the dots between toxic load, inflammation and a dysregulated nervous system, showing how what lives in our cells can influence our thoughts, emotions and choices. Instead of quick fixes, she invites us to “clear the inner sea” of the body so that clarity, calm and self-trust can return, and we can move from survival mode into a life we consciously choose. Stephanie Christine is a health sovereignty mentor, speaker and educator with a background in nutritional science and bodywork. Raised in East Germany within clear external structures and predefined paths, she later began questioning everything she’d been taught about success, health and self-worth. Today she helps individuals and communities around the world clear hidden toxic burdens, regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with their inner authority, with a simple message: sovereignty begins in the cells. Stephanie Christine is a health sovereignty mentor, speaker and educator who helps people clear hidden toxic burdens from their bodies so they can reconnect to their inner guidance and live with more freedom, clarity and energy. With a background in nutritional science and bodywork, she bridges science, intuition and experience to make complex health topics tangible. Raised in East Germany, Stephanie grew up within clear external structures and predefined paths. A world that felt familiar, secure and, in many ways, joyful, yet quietly shaped what she believed was possible. Later, as a perfectionist mother and entrepreneur, she reached a point of overwhelm that led her to question everything she had been taught about success, health and self-worth. That moment became a turning point: she realised how deeply environmental toxins, stress and conditioning can disconnect us from our own inner authority.
