shrimp Kofta recipe; 1 small yellow onion, quartered 1C. fresh flat parsleyleaves and tender stems. 1/4C. fresh dill fronds or 1 Tbsp dried dill weed. 4 large garlic cloves 1 lb shrimp, deveined and peeled. kosher salt and pepper 1 tsp. ground coriander 1/2 tsp. Aleppo pepper flakes or red pepper flakes. 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2tsp. sweet paprika 1 Tbsp. chickpea flour 1 large egg 1C. neutral oil lemon wedges can be served with tzatziki sauce.(I did not use 1 Cup of oil to fry in I only used a few tablespoons full.) 1. in the bowl of afood process blend together the first 10 ingredients. in a mixing bowl transfer your ingredients not like minced meat. add chick pita flour and 1 egg. mix well. heat your oil adding a few at a time fry on both sides until golden brown making sure insides are done. transfer to a paper towel lined plate. and serve with your favorite sauce. Farro salad with curry dressing; 1 cup uncooked farro+water for cooking(approx 3 cups water). bring to a boil in a sauce pan, reduce to simmer, cover until tender. CURRY DRESSING in a medium size mixing bowl prepare dressing and refrigerate until ready to use. 1/4C. olive oil 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar 1 Tbsp granulated sugar 1 1/2 Tsp. curry powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp black pepper. FARRO SALAD; the cooked Farro 1C. red onion, chopped fine 1C. pecans chopped fine 1/4C. fresh parsley, stems removed and minced 1C. cranberries. MIX everything together and chill 1 hour and serve.
