Contains VERY minor spoilers. This video will show you how to unlock creative mode in 2 minutes or less, depending how fast you can type. Creative mode allows you to build freely without resources, it gives you god mode and the ability to turn enemies on and off. I recommend this method even if you haven't finished the game. Creative mode makes learning how to build a lot easier. No mods are required for using this method.
