His C5 has multi-elemental activation. For a Speed character, he has a very easy time to get to C5 without interruptions compared to other non-Power characters that rely on charge attacks. As seen in ninja scenario, he gets interrupted far less than characters like Zhou Yu and Nezha (Human). His C5 offense not only can kill, but also generate combos at the same time, making Aggression & Bastion very doable and easy to trigger. His RA has very good utility because he can sneak behind officers and usually string out the generics to death with Aggression before C5, which can save lots of time. His string outs after RA can 'lock' his movements to a linear pattern, but can be manipulated with the help from Typhoon to lock on correct targets. Typhoon and Echo also assists in combo generating. If I have to nitpick, his only problem is that his C5 elemental damage is by intervals. Meaning he has to monitor the damage output on the screen before moving on. This goes for the same for his absorptions as well. While it's good absorption, he has to monitor that as well for full maximum absorption. No audio because this was recorded through the features in PS4.
