Recent research strongly suggests that the immune system is involved in the development of neurodegenerative brain diseases. Both innate and acquired immunity play very important roles from the early stages to disease progression. In this session, speakers will address both fundamental and clinical aspects of the immune response in neurodegenerative diseases.
