Are you an empath with anxiety? If so, I have 10 tips to help you feel better (not sure if you are an emapth? Watch this video first: • Can Being an Empath Cause Anxiety? ) ✓ Tip number 1: Set boundaries by saying "no." Learning to say "no" more, knowing when to step away from situations or people, and prioritizing yourself first is essential. ✓ Tip number 2: Set boundaries by understanding your limits and honor them. ✓ Tip number 3: Ask yourself, if the anxiety is yours or someone else’s?. A tip-off that you’re picking up someone else's anxiety is if you experience a sudden change of mood or physical state around that when you're with another person. ✓ Tip number 4: Steer clear of energy vampires. Energy vampires are drawn to empaths. They want to "unload" their stuff onto the Empath so that they no longer feel bad. ✓ Tip number 5: Use the "glass wall" shielding technique when you are with other people so you don't absorb their anxiety. ✓ Tip number 6: Use the universal vacuum cleaner technique to purge yourself of other's anxiety that you may have picked up. ✓ Tip number 7: Use the "bubble" or "cloaking" technique to shield yourself when you are with other people so you don't absorb their anxiety. ✓ Tip number 8: Use nature regularly: to clear the anxiety and rebalance yourself. ✓ Tip number 9: Use the "send it back" technique. Since you've picked up other's anxiety, you need to release it, imagining it is flowing out of you out into the world, or down into the earth. ✓ Tip number 10: Spend time alone. Use this time for quality self-care and reflection. Many of the concepts I just details come from a woman named Judith Orloff. She has done extensive research around empaths and has written books and courses. She offers a free training for empaths.
