He is responsible for staying on top of the latest trends in cybersecurity and being an advocate for best practices in the identification and eradication of vulnerabilities that leave the customers of Cyology Labs susceptible to the most dangerous threats. Another one of Terry’s roles is to be a thought leader for Cyology Labs by sharing his expert insights about effective digital security strategies and countermeasures through his writings, speaking engagements, and media interviews. He is an expert in the fields of Novell Technologies, Penetration Testing, and Internet Safety for Children. Terry Is also an Internet Safety presenter where he has presented to parents, law enforcement, fire departments and school faculty on how a predator can track their kids online right to their doorstep, and also talks about the do’s and don’ts on the internet. He consults with several of the largest agencies in Canada on how to reduce risk. During his Ethical Hacker training, Terry got the distinct privilege to train with the C.I.A, F.B.I, Navy Seals and Lockheed Martin. His professional interests are in the areas of the administering systems in a secure fashion, software tools and techniques for creating new systems being deployed in the network, Mobile Device Management and Active defense countermeasures.
