Got this on stream earlier. Here's the live version: • IN Lunatic Stream (Contains live IN L... Imperishable Night is definitely one of the more tougher LNNs especially FinalB, as there's just a lot of content in the game and a lot of chances to fail. I had gotten a LNMNB clear of this game which had failed Reisen's Last Spell (Tele-mesmerism Remote Rabbit) and nothing else. While the run was teeeechnically LNN, it wasn't really "Perfect", because well, I did get hit. That led to a lot of salt especially since I didn't make any mistakes on stage 6. 11 months later, this run happens! I wasn't actively grinding IN after those failures back in October 2016, and I probably wasn't going to get back into this after getting my confidence completely crushed by the Reisen failure. But then Maribel pinged me asking me to participate in Eientei's 9th DRC. He wanted someone to play IN Lunatic Survival with. Originally, I honestly wasn't confident that I'd be able to do this, and so I refused. But after some persuasion, he managed to get me to sign up. He was quite encouraging to me, even (as you can see during the Reisen fight in the live version) insisting that I was definitely going to LNNFS during the two weeks of the DRC. I didn't believe him. But on that same run, I surprised myself with the success! It's funny how every time I go for an LNN, I always think "there's no way I could actually succeed" but then I always surprise myself with a victory. Heh. I went for FinalB since I felt it would be the more gratifying of the two routes. Not only is it the "good end", but it also has all those Kaguya last spells. Speaking of which, this run was my first time ever passing Kaguya's third non (most of my runs always seemed to fail at Buddhist Diamond. And the only time I did pass it died shortly after to the nonspell). This means I never had any Rising World failures or any fuck ups on her five last spells. Feels good, man! I really should get back to PCB. But honestly, right now, what I really want, is to finish up UFO and HSiFS LNNNs. I only have four games left. UFO, HSiFS, EoSD, and LoLK. I'm not sure how much I care about LoLK or EoSD LNNs. I definitely want to attempt them once I beat UFO and HSiFS, but I think that I'll probably go full PCB. (Though a part of me reaaaaalllly wants to try LoLK. I still can't bring myself to care about EoSD that much, for some reason). Oh, I could always do FinalA too, but honestly, I don't care. I beat IN LNNFS on the proper route. I never have to touch this game again. Muahahahahaha! Unless I score this game. But honestly, if I do scoring, it's either PCB, DDC, or UFO. I reaaaaalllly doubt I'm gonna score IN. Maybe one day I'll get bored and try "pnd list every game" but idk if that's really worth it when I could focus my efforts on optimizing one or two games as best I can.
