Endocon 2016 – the largest annual conference of Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of India (SGEI) and hosted by Dr. Rathod’s Medical Foundation commenced yesterday at JW Marriott Sahar in Mumbai. Reputed MLA Ashish Shelar was present as the Chief guest for the inauguration ceremony of this 3-day conference which has Gastroenterologists from across India, neighbouring countries, Middle East, Africa and Asia in attendance. Mr. Ashish Shelar said, “I feel honoured to be invited on this esteemed platform. This conference is instrumental in exploring newer dimensions in the field of Gastrointestinal & Pancreato Bilary Endoscopy through high quality training and education with varied programs of lectures, discussions and live video presentations by experts from different schools and endoscopy fraternity pioneers.” Dr. Vipulroy Rathod MS, FASGE – Director of World Gastroenterology Institute; Program Director & Secretary of SGEI (2015-2018) is proud to have been able to bring the most prestigious Endoscopy Conference to Mumbai during his first term of being Secretary of the Society.
