for mime/percussionist, 2 object percussionists, trumpet, cello and live electronics. Work realized at IRCAM - Paris during 2008. All the sounds of this piece are realized in real time by the mime/percussionist and the other instrumentalists. The mime wears two wireless sensors, conceived at Ircam, hidden into two gloves. Moving his hands the mime synthesizes or modifies sounds realized in modal synthesis with the software Modalys conceived at IRCAM in a special version running in real time (hosted in MaxMSP). The two percussionists play with the hands or with objects on two wooden tables on which a contact microphone and an air microphone are fixed. Their actions produces sounds directly or make vibrate virtual instruments realized with Modalys in real time too.
