We love small towns, and we've found them to be especially pleasant while cruising along Canada's Trent-Severn Waterway. With a population of just over 3,000 ( but trending downward), Campbellford isn't the smallest we've visited but it has a distinctly quiet and quaint feel to it. The people are friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of sites to see, shops to explore, and eateries to enjoy. We found everything we needed and wanted within easy walking distance.
