On October 2, Media Center Ukraine and UNIT.City Innovation Park hosted the sixth edition of Redkolegia, recognized as Ukraine's premier event for media and communications professionals Dubbed "Redkolegia: Stand-up," the gathering attracted over 100 attendees, including representatives from leading media outlets, government agencies, civil society, and industry experts. This year's event adopted a stand-up format, featuring brief presentations by participants followed by a dynamic discussion on the state of the media and communications landscape in Ukraine. Attendees delved into a variety of topics, including: – The concept of "mental de-occupation" and its implications, – The current status and future prospects of Ukrainian radio, – Strategies for introducing Ukrainian cultural products to international audiences and securing recognition at the Emmy Awards, – Techniques for engaging and maintaining foreign audiences' attention, – The unique challenges and accomplishments faced by war correspondents, – Building transparent and productive dialogues between the media and government, – Methods to boost productivity and avoid feeling like a vegetable.
