With Marvel Studios preparing for a complete overhaul, the X-Men franchise is slowly but surely on its way to getting its live-action rebirth. Mutants have popped up across the MCU TV series and movies, but the X-Men have not been officially reintroduced. While the movie franchise has produced some gems, a few of them were also pretty meh. Now that Disney has acquired Fox's entertainment assets, it is reasonable to believe that a new plan for the X-Men is under construction. I mean, they are certainly taking their sweet time with it, but the reports of Marvel eyeing new actors like Sadie Sink for Jean Grey are making me quite excited for what's to come. I do feel that this time, the franchise will not be limited to movies. And naturally, if there is to be a Disney+ show in the future, Wolverine will be at the centre of it.
