Italy, Capri Dreams and Lemon Gleams

We took a fast boat across the Bay of Naples to the Isle of Capri, an ancient retreat for Roman emperors and renowned ever since that time for its beauty. We went sightseeing with a local guide which included a visit to Villa San Michele in Anacapri. Capri is famed for its rugged landscape, upscale beach resorts and high end shops selling handmade leather goods and signature limoncello liqueur. One of its best-known natural sites is the Blue Grotto, a dark cavern where the sea glows electric blue, the result of sunlight passing through an underwater cave.
