Just because a year ago tonight your entire family was gruesomely killed by the Bearsuit-Man Strangler doesn't mean you can't go out and have a good time... a strange, surreal & silly slasher shot on mini-dv tape... ...somewhere between found-footage assembly-cut and surreal nonsense, this is the enhanced, enchanted and extended version of 2007's "grrstock." in color- complete with outtakes, alternate takes. THE BEARSUIT-MAN STRANGLER \[X_x]/ TRIVIATHON BELOW!!! *Yes, I know the weird spelling of Bearsuit-Man is weird. I'm also weird. =] **I'm actually way more upset that I misspelled "Lecter" as "Lector" in the credits. Like a dolt! But it is what it is, can't tinker with it, original edit is lost... and now that I've brought your attention to it, it can never be changed. =] ***Some more trivia: We made this when we were all around 16ish -- we had that very spunky "let's just go out and make a movie!"-attitude. There was some short film submission contest at the time that we wanted to put something together real quick for... ... so I literally wrote a script overnight (yes, this actually had a script and I assure you, it was quite terrible and cringey) -- got some interested people involved the next day, we borrowed that terrifying mascot bear suit from our high school -- we shot in 2 days -- we really rushed and crunched the edit out in a day or 2... and ended up, forgive me... BEARLY just missing the deadline anyway. And that's basically the story as I remember it.*** (this is a re-upload due to sound issues/original upload on 10/29/2014) Thanks for watching- Colin
