World of Warships - Quick Cut: Tier VIII Japanese Cruiser Shimanto

The Japanese light cruiser line isn't that exciting, but it does have some okay ships in it. Take Tier VIII's Shimanto here. As a light cruiser - and a Japanese hull, at that - she's exceedingly fragile. Taking risks with this ship will likely result in your untimely demise. If you play more cautiously, though, you can be impactful even if you don't rack up a high damage total. This game on Crash Zone Alpha highlights some of the drawbacks to these ships in 12v12, in my opinion.
