I Wanted to get up to the walk ways as its easier to do this challenge up there. I have since found easier way up , opposite the ground floor building and carpark there is a ladder on the support for the dish that leads straight up to the walk ways and theirs no enemies guarding it either , also they do like to put there generator under the dish so you can take the generator out on the way to the ladder. Also did the Synchshot challenge here but that can be done anywhere really. To Use Synchshot remember to be within 200m of the target aim at them with L2/LT and the Press L1/LB, aiming at them and pressing x never works for me now (If on a PlayStation)
