Note: I have spoken with or read comments from about a dozen A-body owners that put a 4L80E in their car. The concensus is there is SOME interference with the transmission tunnel, with exception of ONE guy that I met in Ravenna, OH that had a 1971 Chevelle that he put a 4L80E behind a supercharged Chevy LSA. The most common way to get the transmission cooler lines to clear the sides of the tunnel is with banjo fittings.
