We begin in Gunnison, CO. We briefly take US 50 West into town before turning north on Colorado SR 135. This road takes us through some farmland and into the hills. At Almont, we turn on Gunnison County Road 742. This road takes us through a beautiful canyon until we reach the Taylor Park Reservoir. After passing the reservoir, we head east on Gunnison County Road 209. This spectacular road (which becomes Chaffee County Road 306) takes us up and over 12,126 foot Cottonwood Pass. We descend into the town of Buena Vista to end the video.
