Making an Audio Diary from Bioshock

Bioshock has been on my list of things to build for quite a while and I thought I would ease my way into this series with a simple, yet elegant, Audio Diary. It gives us the back story for the game directly from the mouths of Rapture residents, so I thought it appropriate for my first Bioshock prop. For this build, I used 1 1/2 inch, 10 mm, 8 mm, 6 mm, 4 mm, and 2 mm EVA, 18 mm and 24 mm EVA dowels, fencing wire, a piece of plastic from a paint package, contact cement, super glue, hot glue, Plasti Dip, and acrylic paints. You may also need the following tools: a heat gun, a Dremel with various bits, a wood burner, and an Xacto knife or box cutter.
