Day 67 of My Bodybuilding Build | What I Eat in a Day, Training & Real Life Day 67 of the build. Today started the same way a lot of my days do — coffee in hand, getting ready for work, and thinking about the decisions that come with preparing for a bodybuilding competition. While doing my makeup I talked through some of my thoughts about contemplating competing and what that decision really means. At lunch I got my workout in and brought you along for the session. Nothing fancy, just putting in the work — the same work that gets repeated day after day if you want to actually build something. Later that night I showed dinner prep and talked through what I eat in a day, how I’m approaching my macros, and how I make this work in the middle of a normal schedule. No secrets. No magic tricks.
