Successful Rails apps tend to become massive monoliths over time. Cisco's case is no exception. They have a team of over 1000 engineers and a codebase of over 4 million lines of Ruby. But, Rails doesn't tell you how to manage that many developers working on such a large codebase. In this talk, Fito and Alan go through their derailing process that encourages modularization and boundaries within the codebase. Their approach is lightweight and actually producing results.
