顺发潮州沙爹米粉顺发, Shun Fa | Soon Huat Satay Bee Hoon The owner uncle Goh of Soon Huat set up shop in the 60s when he moved to Singapore. They moved from Beo Crescent to ABC Brickworks Food Centre since 1987.   Uncle & Auntie Goh prepare their Satay Bee Hoon fresh every day. The Satay Bee Hoon comes in two serving sizes S$4, S$5, serving portion reasonable, I can say. What I liked particularly was the satay gravy/sauce, which was told the secret aromatic gravy — the addition of fish sauce in the sauce blend.
