Restriction in the a-c joint can make shoulder and chest pressing motions difficult and often painful. This restriction can be the result of degenerative changes in the a-c joint. Also, restriction in the a-c joint can be the result of fascial adhesion (scar tissue) build up in the musculature around the joint. This scar tissue formation can restrict clavicular motion, which in turn can create restriction and stress in the a-c joint. In today's video, I demonstrate fascial release therapy that you can do at home on and around the a-c joint. This is followed by a very effective stretch for the a-c joint. Give these techniques a try for the next several weeks. Leave me a comment in the comment section down below and let me how your a-c joint is feeling. Good luck and always train hard!
