In this part, we take on the Final Boss of the game, Malladus. We start by entering the Dark Realm and encounter quite a few Armored Trains. While in the Dark Realm we will find Tears of Light on the tracks that we can run into to collect. These will give us super speed if we use our whistle and with super speed we can destroy the Armored Trains (kinda like Pac-Man). Once all of the trains are destroyed, we end up fighting the Phantom Train itself. The first section has us using the cannon to shoot the bombs before they get dropped from the train to blow up the bomb loaders. Once all four loaders are gone we move to the next car with lasers and do the same thing. With the final car, we shoot the lasers, then move up and shoot the face until it's destroyed (If you hear the Phantom Train's whistle, hit the brakes and change tracks as soon as you can). There will be an intermission here and you can answer Zelda's question to choose which ending you'll get. The next phase has us fight Malladus and Cole. You'll want to move Zelda to Malladus, while keeping the rats Cole summons away from her. If Cole hits her, he'll possess her and you'll have to use the boomerang to free her. Once you reach Malladus, shoot him with a Light Arrow to move on. Afterwards, you'll have to protect Zelda by swiping away the fireballs Malladus attacks with until Zelda is ready. This will go on forever until you fully protect her. After the Spirit Flute section, you'll have to distract Malladus enough with Link, so that Zelda can shoot him in the back with Light Arrows (you'll have to press the button on screen for her to do it). After 3 arrows, you can attack with Link and break off a horn. On the 3rd cycle, you'll have to rub the screen constantly to finish off Malladus.
