Although luthier Laurent Brondel is perhaps more well-known for his modern "A" model guitars, he's equally adept at building his own replicas of the classic 1930's flattops. Witness "The 28" -- his take on a textbook OM-28, with the addition of some modern substations (oil varnish finish, carbon fiber fingerboard & neck reinforcement).
