We've been living in China for a few weeks and we just aren't adapting to life in China like we thought we would. The struggle is real! We are trying to adapt to the most unusual food we've ever eaten in our lives, trying to overcome medical issues, while exploring this amazing country with our business partners and friends. We take an epic hike up to the famous Guanyin Temple with it's golden roofs and eat at a farm in the mountains. We are getting the real China experience with locals! But can we survive here and should we consider moving to China? Let's find out. We sold everything that we owned, packed our life into a few bags and bought a one way ticket out of the US to Mexico.
