Hello everyone!! I decided to make a week of workouts video to show you my weekly workout routine, what I actually do every day to fit working out into a college schedule. Some days I workout for longer but other days when I'm busy with classes or studying I only go to the gym for like 30/40 minutes and that is what I've found works for me! I know I'll feel better if I take a break from schoolwork and workout no matter how long I do it for, so if you need quick workouts then I think you'll find this helpful!
