It features: 160 calories 40g carbohydrates 200mg sodium 100g caffeine Cost: $3.25/gel Ingredients list: water, matodextrin, fructose, caffeine, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, flavoring (?), citric acid, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate. We're still not sure what flavor this one is, and we stumbled a bit with the European nutrition label (sorry friends, we’ll work on it) but we both give it a 7/10. Definitely worth a try, especially if you need a hefty dose of both carbs AND caffeine in one serving.
