The Cliff Hall Story describes the life of Mr. Cliff Hall who was a pioneering photographer in Los Angeles in the 1950's and 60s. Yet Cliff Hall was more than a photographer, he was also an inventor, designer, artist. And now at age 90 he still has high hopes for everything. He stills send emails to family and friends daily. Hall designed and built an automobile in the 1960s that could have changed history. This video has many interesting connections from the White House to Los Angeles and Europe. Check out this amazing story adapted from articles written by Erin Kaplan and award winning writer Ed Boyer. In March of 2015, the California African American Museum honored Hall among other pioneering photographers. "Light Catchers" March 20, 2015- June 7, 2015. This exhibition features the work of seven African American photographers active in Los Angeles since the 1940s: Howard Bingham, Don Cropper, Jack Davis,Bob Douglas, Cliff Hall, LeMonte McLemore, and Murphy Ruffins. The Cliff Hall Story is a story that reflects the power of ideas, the hope, creativity and drive of a man determined to give us all a lesson in love from the lens of his mind's eye. This is a "must see and share" documentary.
