I made a lightweight summer dress using McCall's pattern M8090. Watch the step by step tutorial. The fabric I am using for this dress is a 3 piece lawn suit from Pakistan made with ultra-fine cotton thread and digitally printed. I bought a 3 piece set, and got a solid color fabric for the bottoms, an all over print for the top and a print with a border for the scarf. Each piece is like 2.5 yards so I have a lot of yardage to play with.
