Paper feeder, Paper Batcher, Paper Counter, and all around handy device for any shop, I go through some of the options and adjustments in setting up the infeed paper hopper for the Cuefeed Paper Feeder. I NO LONGER, use the "Pre-Shingling" adjustment. This adjustment IS SET, however, they can be replaced out, if the stock needs it to be lower, or higher. Most times, I make this decision before shipment. However, 1 position works for 90% of all material. Too many adjustments, causes confusion among operators, and gives them the ability to make adjustments that cause them issues. So I have eliminated this on new feeders.
