"Scorpius" (Demon) by Team Proxima [Verified] | Geometry Dash 2.11

Team Proxima has been making megacollabs for a few years now, and with each new one, they've upped the quality. That's true here as well. I'd definitely say this is my favorite megacollab by them. Others you may have heard of are Betelgeuse, Polaris, Centauri, and of course Omicron. The first, Betelgeuse, was my favorite before this, and it has a lot in common with Scorpius. Both had a clear theme throughout, featuring cool block designs and art. This relies a lot more on art, though, and it's very high quality. The colors also change up a lot more here, rather than the mostly green color scheme of Betelgeuse, which makes it more interesting throughout. While the colors may change from green to red, it fits the theme of a plane crash in a jungle well. There's not really anything for me to complain about visually. Of course, some parts are a bit worse in quality than others, but that's true for all megacollabs and a lot of solo levels as well. However, it's not to a degree that it makes the experience particularly worse here. In terms of gameplay, this is definitely a challenging level, and it should end up at around Hard Demon. I did do the coins for my verification, but they aren't too much harder than the normal route. They're more just hard to find and piece together. (Please note that I do not rate the coins of levels I verify or build in.) The hardest part of the level for me is Xender Game's, which starts at 1:10, featuring an interesting dual Wave part. I'd definitely recommend practicing this and the later parts well if you're gonna go for this. It goes very fast with a lot of quick clicks. I'd say it's quite enjoyable to play once you've got it down, though, and I can't say any parts stood out as particularly frustrating over others to me.
