Let's jump into it! Teams of two (solo if you want) have 30 minutes to eat 100 pieces of sushi in this eating challenge. This sushi challenge does not allow you incorporate any nigiri into your items You must choose 2 rolls from the following 5 sections to make up your 10 rolls 2 sushi rolls must be shrimp tempura based 2 sushi rolls must be from the Jjanga spicy section 2 sushi rolls must be from the non spicy selection at Jjanga 2 sushi rolls must be deep fried and 2 sushi rolls must be baked I'm leaning on the Tiger Roll and the Joe Special Roll - for the shrimp tempura rolls Tiger roll has shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, avocado, and sauce which is one of my favorite sushi rolls it's a staple roll when I'm enjoying the vegas foodie sushi scene The Joe special is a very similar sushi roll - it has shrimp tempura with normal tuna and ponzu sauce In addition to those rolls we got the red rock roll, the dragon roll, the rainbow roll, the mountain , the vegas roll, and the cali on top sushi rolls If you lose this 100 piece sushi challenge at Jjanga you owe $100 which is a great value because street market pricing of this sushi challenge is $130 ! for winning you get 4 all you can eat sushi passes to Jjanga which is known to be some of the best sushi in all of vegas.
