BILLARY TREE: Not dilated. GALL BLADDER: Well visualized. Normal in size shape & position. No echogenic structure is seen in the gall bladder. Wall thickness normal. PANCREAS: Well visualized. Spleen : Normal in size shape & position. KIDNEY : (Rk.) Normal in size (41 mm) shape & position with poorly-defined cortex and medulla Pelvicalyceal system of the right kidney is not dilated. No Stone is seen. (LK.) Normal in size (43 mm) shape & position with poorly-defined cortex and medulla Pelvicalyceal system of the left kidney is not dilated. No Stone is seen. URINARY BLADDER: Well filled with a regular outline. No intravesical lesion or calculus is seen in the urinary bladder. UTERUS: Infantile in size.
