Arty Farty Hearties Swap || Crazy patchwork

Today I'm using the stitch-and-flip method to create quick and easy backgrounds to slow-stitch into and embellish as the fancy takes me. This technique works for crazy patchwork or string quilt style pieces and it's all stitched by hand, but you could use a machine if you prefer. I've used cotton fabrics, but you could use this easy technique with any kind of fabric scraps you have.
