Nargisi Koftay Recipe | Amma's Special Kofta Recipe | Food With Saad Raja Recipe and Ingredients In a bowl add 1/2kg mutton mince, 2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste, 2 fried onions, 4 tbsp besan, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili, 1 tsp corainder powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and mix well and keep aside. Now take 7-8 boiled eggs and wrap mutton mince mixture on eggs as shown in the video and fry them as shown In a pan add 100ml oil and 2 tbsp and cook for 2 minutes. Now add 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 star anise, 8-10 cloves, 1 bay leaf and let it cook for 2 minutes. Now add 200g tomato puree and add 1 tbsp corainder powder, 1/2tsp turmeric, 1-1/2 tsp salt,1 tsp red chili, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp garam masala and cook for 2 minutes. Now add 125g yogurt and cook for 4-5 minutes. Now add 100g fried onions and cook for 2 minutes. Now add some water and fried koftas in this gravy and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add 0.75 liter water in this pan and cook koftas for 10 minutes. The nargisi kofta curry is ready to be served!
