I bought this online (NEW) from Home Depot and had it shipped to my house. It arrived May 26, 2020 via UPS. I wasn't happy that the bottom of the box was completely opened. It also arrived in a plain brown box, not the same colorful box that the stores carry. The mower and side chute, also had some sort of residue throughout. There doesn't appear to be any damage so I charged the completely dead battery yesterday. It was 100% charged in about 43 minutes & ran for about 38 minutes. The video shows me cutting right through grass and weeds as tall as 2 feet. The mower was set at the highest setting. This is the model that has the two interchangeable blades. The power was very impressive, and it didn't stall once from the high grass. My gas mower would have stalled several times even though it's a beast. I believe the difference is the two blades that cut the grass into fine fragments , that prevents a thick buildup of grass, that leads to stalling. The lawnmower is also very light compared to gas powered, which makes it very easy to push. In the video, I'm pushing with one hand, while filming with the other. I've only used the mower once, but if that was an indication of how it's going to run in the future, it was very impressive. I can't wait to cut at night and use the headlights.
