I treated 2 small, faint oil stains, one I managed to completely remove, the other was still slightly visible, but you had to look very closely to notice it. The customer said she couldn't see anything, so that's all that really matters - that the customer is happy. Oil stains can be very difficult to remove at times, regardless of using heat/steam or brand of oil/grease remover, so we manage the customers expectations by saying we can improve it, but never guaranteeing full removal.
