◣sound sequence◥ ROMAIN BERTHEAU a film by Vincent Moon 13th release in the ◣sound sequence◥ collection Romain Bertheau (b.1983) is a french keyboard player (Pianoforte, Harpsichord and Organ). He studied piano then harpsichord in Paris, won several international first prizes for his instrumental interpretations ranging from renaissance music to contemporary music. He left Europe for Asia, led a nomadic life during which he recorded traditional songs. Upon his return to Europe in 2019, he returns to music as a performer. His work focuses mainly on the organ and the ‘no-input’ mixing board. On his organ pieces the intervals, precisely tuned, are played at subtle volumes, which generates a multitude of differences and combinations of sounds, phasing, beats and auditory illusions. https://romainbertheau.com/ #liveperformance #livemusic #organ #soundsequence #experimentalmusic #berlin #church #vincentmoon Follow PETITES PLANÈTES / VINCENT MOON -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Instagram: / petites___planetes Official Website: http://petitesplanetes.earth Film Collection: http://www.vincentmoon.com Music Label: https://petitesplanetes.bandcamp.com Soundcloud: / vincentmoon Twitter: / vincentmoon Híbridos, the Spirits of Brazil: https://hibridos.cc/ About PETITES PLANÈTES ------------------------------------------ Petites Planètes is an ongoing project comprised of films, music recordings, cinema performances, and immersive installations. An independent production company created by french artists Priscilla Telmon and Vincent Moon, Collection Petites Planètes' aim is to explore the boundaries between cinema, music, and expanded forms of modern rituals. Our vision moves between the realms of documentary creation, ethnographic research, and filmic experimentation. Our entire work is shared under a Creative Commons license, making it available to everybody, acknowledging the fact that we are only bridges between spiritual and material realities and that we are in no way creating from scratch.
