Hi lovely friends hope you are all well. This tutorial demonstrates how I use patterned paper to to make 5x7 Sympathy cards. I hope you have found some inspiration and confidence to dig into the stash of larger paper pads you may have been avoiding. It is true what they say....the patterns and colours in a paper pad are indeed designed to work harmoniously together....how is always the confusing part. Cutting into the paper and making some working pieces is first. Then I start trying out patterned paper and cut apart combinations to see what’s working. In no time something clicks out of no where a direction materializes. Having a great element like the Scrappy Tails Flying butterflies die set is essential to pulling it all together. You may have some outline does in your stash that would achieve the same thing. Experiment and have fun. You will quickly figure out what will work😉 https://scrappytailscrafts.com?aff=33 The butterflies I used today are Flying butterflies dies https://scrappytailscrafts.com/produc... The other sets I wanted are Open butterflies https://scrappytailscrafts.com/produc... And sitting butterflies (I have never seen this type of butterfly die before..it’s amazing) https://scrappytailscrafts.com/produc... The whole set gets you 10% off the combined cost and gives you all the beautiful butterflies https://scrappytailscrafts.com/produc... She will have even better pics of all the butterflies in the collection 💕💕💕 If my arms were long enough I’d hug you all😍😘
